What is it?

The problem you need to solve: You want to log work on multiple issues at once.

How Minyaa solves this problem: Minyaa provides two portlets that allow you to log work on multiple issues.

How it Works

Two FastWorklog portlets are provided by Minyaa:

Both portlets/gadgets provide a way to quickly enter worklogs on a list of issues.

Fast Worklog Portlet Based on Worklogs

  • Buttons per portlet/gadget:



  • Buttons per issue:
    • icon : Expand or collapses the worklog list for the current issue.
    • icon : Enter a new Worklog for the current issue.
    • icon : Remove the issue from the portlet. The issue won't be deleted.




  • Buttons per worklog:
    • icon : Edit the current worklog.
    • icon : Delete the current Worklog.
    • icon : Increase the worklog duration by the Default Low Time, as defined in the portlet's/gadget's configuration.
    • icon : Increase the worklog duration by the Default High Time, as defined in the portlet's/gadget's configuration.

Entering and Editing Worklogs

The following dialog box is used to add and update worklogs:

Parameter Description
Occured the Represents the hour and date at which the worklog took place. To avoir formatting errors when entering the date, the use of the calendar next to Occured The field is recommended.
Time Performed The amount of time of the worklog. It should be entered using JIRA's time notation.
Estimate represents the remaining estimate of the current issue.

  • If the auto radio button is selected,the estimate will be automatically adjusted.
  • If the new radio button is selected, the estimate will be set to the value of the estimate textfield
Comments Represents a comment that will be attached to the worklog. It will be visible in the portlet/gadget and in the worklog section of the Issue Viewer Screen
Log Viewable By Only show the worklog to users part of the selected role.
Type Select the Worklog Type associated to the worklog.
