Description

COS :

A createProject jelly tag is created.
The project is created and it is visible from the the administration page.
A leader is associated to the project .
The project is associated to the list of schemes(schemes are not null on the admin page).
The script is executable from Jelly.
A projectType is identified by it's issue type scheme.
Jelly error are sent when parameters are not valid.
Project is not created if it already exists.
