Link/button in the workflow page to add an edit global transition
Link/button in the workflow page to add a create global transition
Transition is visible when created
Edition Meta-attribute is added with proper value for edit and create
Transition is called edit or create by default
Distinct id (not already in use)
Don't add the transition if already present
Don't show the button if global action is already present in workflow
