[#MYAA-339] Parameter "Delay in Days allowing Worklog Update" is not controlled in default LogWork page - Minyaa JIRA

This issue causes:
MYAA-109	As an Administrator I want to be able to create a project and have it associated to a list of schemes identified by the type of project that was created to accelerate my project creation so that I can be more productive.
MYAA-19	As System, I have to control Plugin Dependency
MYAA-16	As System, I provide the list of available Services
MYAA-9	As a system, I block my features when a trial license has expired
MYAA-146	As an administrator, i want administration page to be only accesible by me, and not by other users
MYAA-286	As an administrator, I want to store the extended configuration in a place other than the customfield default value (user group picker's , RegExp)
MYAA-313	As JIRA Administrator, I want see Sub-Task controlled by Workflow like Issue during the Validation
MYAA-160	as an administrator, i want to be able to add an edit and create global action to an existing workflow
MYAA-194	As a user, I want an about page for each minyaa module
MYAA-427	As JIRA Administrator, I want be able to allow Timetracking viewing depending on Screen definition

This issue relates to:
