If Transition has an explicit Destination Step (Not recursive), the Menu proposes :

• "Qualify as Recursive Transition" : to qualify the Transition as Recursive
• "Link to another Step" : to select a new Destination Step

If Transition is already qualified as Recursive, the Menu proposes :

• "Link to a Step" to select a new Destination Step
