Purchasing a new license

Like Atlassian JIRA, the Minyaa licensing scheme entitle you to perpetual use, and include 12 months maintenance (updates & support) commencing from the date of purchase. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.

Academic licenses

Academic Licenses are available with a discount of 50%. See above in Pricing table, in Tab Academic.

Starter licenses

Minyaa Suite has stopped to apply a price of 10$ for Starter Licenses (Read more about Atlassian Starter Program):

Volume Discount

The Minyaa Suite Edition is no more priced. You will be able to make your selection by purchasing only the needed Editions.
A Volume Discount will be applied as described below :

• For 2 Editions : 5%
• For 3 Editions : 10%
• For 4 Editions and over: 15%

Maintenance & Renew (support & updates)

Minyaa Suite follows same scheme as Atlassian JIRA : All non-free (Academic & Commercial) licenses include 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for another 12 months at prices of 50% of license's cost.

Editions upgrades

Minyaa Suite's Editions may be :

• upgraded to any other higher edition (Cost will be prorated depending on cost of each license).
• downgraded to a smalled edition (Only after the end of maintenance period). In such case, you should have to insure that removed features are no more used.

If you want upgrade your Minyaa License for JIRA 4.0 compatibility, send a request at support@minyaa.com specifying which license you want to upgrade to.

JIRA Editions compatibilities

with JIRA 3.13.x

Minyaa Suite's status against JIRA 3.13.x Editions is as follow :

• JIRA Enterprise Edition : Fully supported.
• JIRA Professional Edition : Supported, but some features may be restricted by JIRA.
• JIRA Standard Edition : Not supported. No effort will be done as soon as most of Minyaa features extends Professional and Enterprise features.

with JIRA 4.x

Since JIRA 4.0 provides now only edition based on user limitation, Minyaa Suite follows the same user limitation.
There is no more compatibility problems linked to the edition.

But, there is now some new rule for the JIRA Licenses Compatiblity.

Licenses Users Limits

Minyaa Suite's pricing structure is now based on user count.
The calculation of this user count will be depend your JIRA release.

• For JIRA 4.x : User limit is controlled on Active Users count limit defined in your JIRA License. See Active User Count.
• For JIRA 3.13.x : User limit is too controlled on Active Users count. See Active User Count.
  (It has been introduced in JIRA for JIRA Studio )
• For JIRA 3.12.3 : User limit is controlled on User count (All registered users).

JIRA Licenses compatibilities

Minyaa Suite is distributed under 5 different licenses : Trial, Commercial, Academic, Starter and Open-Source.
Each of these licenses are controlled against JIRA licenses.
